KYC application is not submitted by the Client. Kindly inform the client to process KYC again
After viewing the PDF, KYC gets submitted automatically after 10 seconds. There is no need to download or open a PDF. client download the PDF and exited before the KYC could submit, Client has to stay 10 seconds on the same page. Due to this KYC application is incompleted.
