At the time of merging the client, the name is not reflecting in the to be merged client section?

Solution: Go to utilities- family master- update family- remove his/her name from the family list then merge it again, add a name with the family group.

Step 1:- Go to- utilities

Step 2:- Go, to- family master

Step 3:- Go, to- update family.

Step 4:- remove his/her name from the family list then merge it again, add a name with the family group.
