How can you add templates in the Birthday wish section?

Solution - You can add templates from " Scheduled Alert- Email Alert Setting " Option.

Go to- Utilities - Scheduled Alert - Email Alert setting - Edit Birthday Content.

Step 1 Go to - Utilities

Step 2 Go to - Scheduled Alert.

Step 3 Go to - Email Alert setting.

Step 4 Go to -Edit Birthday Mail Content
